Stáhnout Android SDK Platform Tools.
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 'com.sonymobile.cellbroadcast.notification' adb reboot exit
Zapnutí USB debug režimu
Settings > About phone > 7x kliknout na Build number
Tím se zpřístupní Developer Tools > Enable USB debug
